Terms of service

Ally is an AI shopping companion. The avatar inside the app (default name: Mira) helps you research, compare, and make decisions about clothing, footwear, and related categories. Ally is not a retailer. We do not take commissions from any store.

To use Ally beyond the public landing and demo, you sign in with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. If someone gains access to your email, they can sign in to your Ally account.

One account per person. Don't share accounts. Don't create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use Ally to harass, threaten, defame, or harm anyone, including the AI itself
• Try to extract Mira's system prompts, jailbreak the model, or use the service to violate Anthropic's usage policies
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use Ally to generate content that infringes intellectual property or violates the law
• Interfere with the security of the service or other users

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

Mira's recommendations come from a language model. They are best-effort and not professional advice. Real product information, prices, sizing, and availability change constantly — verify before purchasing. Ally does not guarantee that anything Mira says about a product is accurate at the moment you act on it.

During private beta and the demo period, Ally is free. When paid plans launch, current pricing will be visible on the website before checkout. Existing waitlist members will get the launch pricing locked in for at least their first year.

You own what you say to Mira. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your messages and stored profile to deliver the service to you (run them through Claude, save them to the database, generate audio, etc.).

We do not claim ownership of your conversations and do not use them to train AI models for ourselves or anyone else.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. After deletion, your conversations and profile are permanently removed within 30 days.

Ally is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the service will be available, accurate, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Specifically: we are not liable for purchasing decisions you make based on Mira's recommendations, for product issues with retailers we direct you to, or for delivery delays from those retailers.

We can update these terms. For material changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact will go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
